Footage quality affects the final result

We can trim, crop, zoom, stabilize and spotlight. We can't fix footage that's blurry, shot from too far away, cut off, or blocked by the crowd. Files are exported in HD, but poor-quality footage will still limit the finished film. Best results: 720p or higher, wide angle, steady camera, jersey number readable.

Questions

Which package should I choose?

Starter Highlights if you already know the athlete's best plays and want them professionally edited.

Recruiting Pro if you want us to watch up to 3 full games, pick the highlights and give you the complete recruiting kit: film in two versions, a social video, a profile and coach emails.

Elite Recruiting if you have 4–5 games of film and want multiple separate films (main film, skill film and two vertical videos) plus the enhanced profile, graphic, play index and checklist.

What's the difference between the coach-ready and social versions?

The coach-ready version is built for evaluation: a clean edit with the player identified before every play, light or no music, and a contact end card. The social version is a music-driven cut of the same film made for posting. Both come with Recruiting Pro and Elite.

What footage do I need?

Real game footage where the athlete is on the court and identifiable by jersey number. Hudl exports, YouTube links, phone recordings and broadcast footage all work.

Send links from Hudl, YouTube (unlisted is fine), Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud. Video files should be MP4 or MOV. Every link must open without a login or paid subscription.

How much footage can I send?

Starter: up to 20 plays you pick, sent as timestamps from up to 3 game videos. Recruiting Pro: up to 3 full games. Elite: up to 5 full games. Each game video can be up to 90 minutes.

What if my footage quality is bad?

We'll work with what you send: trimming, cropping, zooming, stabilizing and spotlighting the athlete. Files are exported in HD, but we can't fix footage that's blurry, shot from far away, cut off or blocked, and that will limit how the final film looks.

If the athlete can't be identified or there isn't enough usable footage, we'll email you before editing so you can send something better.

How long does delivery take?

Starter: within 5 business days. Recruiting Pro: within 7 business days. Elite: within 10 business days.

The clock starts when editing starts: after your payment is confirmed and we've received usable footage. We email you that day with your due date. Revisions are returned within 3 business days of your request.

What counts as a revision?

Revisions cover changes to the footage you already submitted and the designs we made: swap or reorder plays, trim clips, fix text and graphics, adjust music and pacing. Each round is one consolidated list of changes, sent within 14 days of the latest delivery.

They don't cover new source footage beyond your package limit or a complete rebuild. If we made the mistake, like a misspelled name, wrong number or wrong player highlighted, we fix it free and it doesn't count as a revision.

Starter includes 2 rounds. Recruiting Pro and Elite include 3.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund any time before editing starts. We email you when editing starts.

Full refund if your footage can't be used (for example, the athlete can't be identified) and you can't send usable replacements within 14 days.

Once editing has started, the package isn't refundable. Your included revisions are how we fix anything you're not happy with. Recruiting results aren't guaranteed and aren't grounds for a refund.

Do you guarantee recruiting success?

No. We build a professional package that's easier to share with college coaches. We can't guarantee scholarships, offers, roster spots, placement or that any coach will respond. Recruiting decisions are up to coaches and programs.

Do you contact coaches for me?

No. Pro and Elite include ready-to-use email templates that you send from your own email, to the coaches you choose.

Is this for basketball only?

Yes, basketball only for now. Boys' and girls' basketball are both welcome.

Do parents need to purchase for minors?

Yes. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order and submit the materials. The intake form asks the parent or guardian to confirm they have permission to share the athlete's footage and information.

What happens when I choose a package?

You fill out a short athlete intake, then continue to Shopify's secure checkout. Your intake is saved before you pay, so nothing is lost.

After payment, we email a confirmation and a secure link to add or update footage any time. We check your footage, email you when editing starts, and deliver your files as a private download link.
